A rigorous and standardized 25kg caustic soda production process is the core guarantee of product quality. At the beginning of production, we select high-purity refined salt as raw material. A brine pretreatment process removes impurities such as calcium and magnesium ions, ensuring that the brine entering the electrolysis system has a purity of over 99.5%. Subsequently, using an advanced ion exchange membrane electrolysis method, in a fully automated electrolytic cell, the brine is electrolyzed by direct current to generate a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of approximately 32%, while simultaneously producing chlorine and hydrogen as byproducts. The electrolyzed alkaline solution enters a triple-effect evaporation and concentration system, where it undergoes staged heating and evaporation to increase the concentration to over 99% molten sodium hydroxide. Finally, the molten 25kg caustic soda solution is conveyed to an atomizing granulation tower, where it is atomized under high pressure to form fine droplets. These droplets rapidly exchange heat with the counter-current cold air inside the tower, solidifying to form uniform bead-like particles.
